How to do it

  1. 1Sit on the edge of a chair or the floor, leaning back slightly, hands beside you.
  2. 2Lift your feet and pull both knees toward your chest.
  3. 3Extend the legs back out without touching down.
  4. 4Keep the chest proud β€” no slumping.

Form tips

  • β€’ Think 'knees to chest, chest to knees' β€” both move
  • β€’ Slower extension = harder
  • β€’ Great travel/office option

Common mistakes
