π§ββοΈ Standing Ab Workout (No Floor Needed)
Updated September 2026
No mat, no floor, no getting up and down β a complete core session on your feet. Ideal for small spaces, bad knees, office breaks and anyone who hates lying on carpet.
The honest note: Standing core work is real core work β the obliques and deep stabilizers fire hard during rotation and side-bending. What you trade away is some upper-ab isolation; if you can use the floor sometimes, mix both.
